Donor Relations Executive (Donor Relations Dept)
We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Customer Service Executive.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk Department.
- Liaise with Donors and Devotees to maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure the smooth operations of all Donor Relations events, activities, ceremonies, and customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor contact and biographical information.
- Fulfils data and reporting requests, including the production of donor lists and quarterly ceremony reports for MC meetings.
- Provide support for overseas pilgrimages and trips.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A Levels or Diploma and above.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, creative, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift, weekends, and public holidays (5 days work week).
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to type Chinese Characters using Hanyu Pinyin input.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and dialects to effectively communicate with internal and external Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Buddhist ceremonies/events is a plus.
