Donor Relations Executive (Donor Relations Dept)

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Customer Service Executive.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk Department.
  • Liaise with Donors and Devotees to maintain strong relationships.
  • Ensure the smooth operations of all Donor Relations events, activities, ceremonies, and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor contact and biographical information.
  • Fulfils data and reporting requests, including the production of donor lists and quarterly ceremony reports for MC meetings.
  • Provide support for overseas pilgrimages and trips.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A Levels or Diploma and above.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, creative, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift, weekends, and public holidays (5 days work week).
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to type Chinese Characters using Hanyu Pinyin input.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and dialects to effectively communicate with internal and external Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Buddhist ceremonies/events is a plus.
